Attended the Python Conference in Hyderabad on February 22, 2025, followed by a day of workshops on February 23.
The agentic AI talk was a highlight — some really interesting, practical applications of using AI to generate code. I also liked the session on using uv, where the presenter ran the entire talk from the terminal instead of a slide deck, which was a refreshing change of pace. The talk on handling alerts in production was fascinating too, with a lot of hard-won lessons on keeping on-call sane.
